Will this lens work?

Looking for a lens that I can get decent fireworks and indoor shots for my camera. I don't want to spend too much so looking at this one with a non-name brand. It's for my Canon Rebel T3. I only have the 2 kit lens so want to add more. Think this will be good?

It will work fine. But for the same price, I'd get the Canon version, used. It will handle low light well. And any lens can do fireworks, you just need a tripod for that.

yes, EF-S and EF (and Canon crop Sigma, Tamron, etc.)
and I would get the Canon 50mm 1.8 STM refurbished - less than $100 !
