This was on Jetblues' website. Was searching for a flight and came across this:

Unfortunately jet blue does not fly out of New Mexico so I can't use this but thought I would check it out anyway. It appears as though they are not only booking the free dining for august and september. My dates are May 27 - June 4 and when I went through the booking process it showed that I would receive free dining with my vacation package. Don't know if I'm missing something but this may work out well for someone. I'm very interested to find out.

I am having some problems with the search working quite right, but from what I understand, it sounds like a pretty good deal to me.
EDIT: Free dining is only available for disney's free dining dates:

* Special offer is valid for travel dates 8/24/08-9/20/08 with a 3 night minimum stay required in the Preferred Room with “Special Offer” Rates and the Standard Room with “Special Offer” Rates only and must be booked by 6/22/08. MAGIC YOUR WAY Base Ticket plus dining equals the number of nights booked. Subject to availability, restrictions may apply.
