Will they let me redeem AP Voucher at bank on blackout day?

Hi

I have a regular ticket to disneyland, but I also have an AP Voucher, for food discounts and hotel discount.

If I use my regular pass to get into the park, will they let me turn the voucher for my AP into a real AP pass at the bank even if it is blackout day?

I just want it to go my discounts.

I never saw this question! Sorry.

You don't even need a regular ticket to get in, on the very first day you are using an AP. You can get in with that voucher; they do it as a courtesy to brand new AP holders.
