Will they do this for us?

On the day we are set to check out we are driving to Vero Beach to continue our trip.
But since we don't have to be there till later in the day, we will likely go to the parks for part of the day.
But we have to check out before 11am, I was wondering would the Resort or Guest Services hold our luggage for us that morning so we can check out, go to the parks, then pick up our rental car, then return to pick up our luggage say about 1-2pm?
Doing so would allow us to save a day on renting a car.
If not then at least I would know I need to rent the car the day before.

Will they do that for us?

We're staying AKL CL if it matters.

I think so. They do this if your using Magical Express later in the day. Our last trip we weren't picked up until a little after noon and we gave our luggage to bell services (well the carry on pieces anyway) to hold until we got on the bus.

Yes, you can even call Bell Services to come and pick them up for you so you don't have to bring it all down yourself. Tip accordingly.
