If your pickup resort was booked as a single night, you will need to stop at Front Desk. Otherwise, the notice will be left at your door.

DME can be called for information: 866-599-0951. Have your resort confirmation at-hand.

You also can ask at the Front Desk, when checking in.

Be sure to arrive before your pick up time. Our bus has been held up quite a few times because people were just arriving as we were getting ready to leave.

I have my first split stay coming up in November and just added my flights to my first reservation this afternoon. I selected both airport pick up and drop off when I added my flights. But after seeing this thread I guess I need to go edit it to only chose airport pick up for the first reservation and only add my arrival flight and then for my second reservation choose only airport drop-off and put the departing flight? That seems to be what I would need to do - glad I was playing around on the DIS tonight and saw this thread!

When we were at Disney back in 2019, the DME departure information was left under our door the last night we were there. There was no need to call anyone. You can always ask at the front desk since one of the families we were traveling with packed their paperwork in their luggage and needed an extra copy to show the bus driver when boarding the bus. Pickup time was about 3 hrs before flight departure, but not sure if they are currently allowing more time for any number of reasons.

Your Magical Express confirmation back to the airport is normally left at your room morning of the day before the day you will depart. If it is not there it is suggested that you go down to the front desk and get it (and also make any last minute changes or corrections) before heading for the parks.

Someone recently suggested that the confirmation could arrive later in the day. This poses a problem because you might not see it until you get back from the park late that night before departure and if you waited that long it would be harder for DME to make a correction.
