Will there Be Free Dining for 2013

I was wondering if anyone has heard any news about Free Dining being offered for Jan-March 2013???? It has been offered the past two years. We really would like to plan a trip for this Feb. but funds are limited! Free dining would really help!!!

My guess would be yes. There is a bounceback offer for the typical Aug/ Sept 2013 dates. We plan to book that tommorow after we arrive.
