Will the REAL price of my meal, please stand up!

I called Disney dining 3 times in the last two days to get the price for Ohanas for dinner and Crystal Palace for breakfast for our Jan. 20th-27th vacation. The first cm said Crystal palace would be $22.99 per adult breakfast and Ohanas dinner would be $32.99 per adult. The second cm said Crystal Palace $18.99 per adult and Ohanas $32.99 per adult. The third said Crystal Palace $18.99 per adult and Ohanas $28.99 per adult. Anyone know what's going on here? I'm hoping Ohanas is $28.99 because $32.99 seems like an awfully big jump in one year.

In my experience WDW-DINE is wrong far more often than they are right. I would trust them only to make my reservations, not to answer questions about the restaurants. This is just my personal experience.

Current menu price for Ohana dinner in a non-peak period is $26.99 adult, $12.99 child.

Current menu price for Crystal Palace breakfast in a non-peak period is $18.99 adult, $10.99 child.

These are the prices on two recently dated menus found on unofficial Disney websites (including this one)

Not that these prices couldn't change by January, but WDW-DINE would probably have no way of knowing that.

At least one of the prices you were given looks like the seasonal peak pricing, which would not apply on your trip dates.

That's an important point, that bears emphasis: Generally, restaurants can and do change menus and menu prices, without notice.

This may be why you are getting more than one answer on the pricing... the ticket prices just changed. I would not be surprised if fixed meal prices would be on the rise as well.
