Yeah, what is the deal with people setting off fireworks for Christmas?! Our neighbors were setting them off tonight as well--irritating! Makes me really look forward to New Year's.

I have NEVER heard this stuff going off on Christmas Eve before? Where the heck did this new "tradition" come from? I was about to personally go wring the necks of the people doing so because my son is terrified of the noise and wouldn't sleep!

Since I am working at the police dept tonight....the problems we are having with fireworks are coming from largely Hispanic areas of town. This was also quite a big deal when I lived in Arizona.

Hope they all quiet down soon as most people are callling me reporting gunshots!
