Will the Halloween decorations be down when we get there?

We are planning another quick trip back to the west coast and want to plan a day or 2 day DL. If we make it out to DL, it would be November 16th and 17th. And I have tons of questions about the Holiday decorations!!! Will the Halloween decorations still be up or will they already be down by then? Will it be too early for Christmas decorations? I'm just afraid that we will fall in the in between time between the two Holidays. Will the Haunted Mansions still be decorated up as Nightmare Before Christmas? And what about Small World, don't they do something special to it for Christmas? Will it be decorated?

Halloweentime ends on November 2nd and then they will decorate the resort for Christmas!

I think so! I think they will start putting them up on the 3rd so by the time you got there they would all be up.

HM will be up, but not sure about Small World. It has been closed almost all of 2008. I think it opens at the end of November, but I don't know if it will have the holiday overlay this year or not.

DL will be decorated for Christmas starting Nov 14.
Small world won't be open until Saturday, November 29--that according to the Disneyland calendar on its website.

Thanks for the reply's! We're WDW vets but there's just something magical about DL. (We only got to spend 1 day there this past May but we fell in love with it.) I can only imagine how great it will be during the Holiday time.

Disneyland issued a press release today that says that holiday it's a small world will return on November 21!

The Christmas parade and Believe... fireworks return that day, also.

Oooh, thanks for the IASW update. We are headed to DL on 11/20 and I was sad that I wouldn't get to see it all duded up for the holidays.
