Will TarzansKat meet Captain Jack? ~A Pirate's Life for 3 Pre-Trippie~ We're back!

AWWW these are SO sweet:cutie: ...very Bob the Builder:thumbsup2 or Donald Ducks feet which ever is preferable

I don't even know what to call them, hon, they are sooooo yellow! But, it's what he wanted. I guess the boy has a favorite color, and it's yellow. I never would have thought.

Has anyone thought dates for Lapu Lapu Fabby Fest 2009. I know it's early, but come on, we are all obsessive anyways. We don't have to hide our secret shame! :rotfl:

Are we married to the idea of December?

I know we had originally thought of it because you had that pin code, and the World is awesome for Christmas, but I love taking advantage of free dining, if it's offered.

I also love October, but it's not value season.

When do you all like to go?

I was thinking of flying in on a Friday morning and flying home on Monday night....

The first two weekends in December are 4-7 and 11-14. My vote would be for the first weekend... but that is just me...

September is a big wedding month for us.. The begining would be ok I think....September 4-7 and 11-14.

I love October too....

I think the first weekend has the potential to be less crowded, although I guess Dec in general is less crowded. I could not do the second weekend unless DH was with me, I won't leave him on his birthday. That would just be cruel!;)

I am not married to the idea of December, I just know I would like to get there in December someday, but that someday doesn't have to be 2009. I could be flexible. October isn't value season? Pshaw. I just want an idea, because if we do decide September, bounceback could be in effect. Also, the coworker I have issues with is getting married next fall and even though I do have seniority over her I want to be considerate of that. Even though I just mentioned it to my boss and she said, you book it whenever, you have seniority. You can just feel the love! :lmao:

Cool guys! I mean, free dining would be assume if they do offer it again. But I haven't been during food and wine festival in years. And December is lovely. I'm wishy washy. Sorry! :lmao:

:lmao: Well, you being wishy washy is making me even more wishy washy! I lean towards December only because of the heat factor and christmas decorations. Free dining in always great too. Ack. I dunno. :confused3 It's a good thing we started discussing this now because we will need until my trip to figure it out! :rotfl:

December does have nicer weather. And a get away before Christmas is nice to relax.

Well, if they offer it as a bounceback when LL and I are there, then we'll know in September. Although sometimes the free diner DISers that go in August will post about there being a bounceback then. So end, of the summer, early fall.

The only problem is that if there is a bounceback there is no gaurantee that it will also be offered to the public.

I think a weekend trip is budget enough that it could work no matter when we do it, as long as airfare isn't ridickerous as Tigger would say.:thumbsup2

This is true...I was not planning on getting the dining plan, but the money I save could buy other things like drinks and stuff :goodvibes

Relaxation is key!

When could we find out about free dining?
What TK said. ::yes::

There's always Amtrak. :lmao:

Survey Says.....???

Very true. Counter Service is always an option for a long weekend too. I think with the Dining Plan you have to have at least three nights.

You know, to derail again...seems to be a trend with me lately I can't make up my mind about anything...I would LOVE a trip with no ADRs. So December could totally fly for me. Back in the day, DH and I used to only do one table service per trip. Otherwise, too rich for our blood, kwim?

It would be soooooo nice to have a fly by the seat of your pants, go where you want, eat what you want trip.

Reality is I'll probably go in Sept if free dining or October if not with the fam for my unspeakable birthday, I'll just have to figure out how to squeeze in a weekend.

So if we go in December is the first weekend good for everyone?

:lmao: You crack me up. First weekend works for me. What are the dates again, you previously mentioned? I think our next trip will be less ADR structured, maybe one or two favs.

I think PKB talked about going Friday to Monday. For me it will depend on my work schedule, where I'm at, etc. In '09 that's the 4th to the 7th.

Never mind cracking you up I am a crack up!:headache:
