Will someone call from BC Concierge?

We are staying at BC Concierge begining in about 30 days......i haven't heard from anyone there at all.........do they usually call or do you contact them? I already have the PS's booked....just wanted a couple of special extras set up for the kids....can anyone tell me who to contact if that's the route to go......?
