Will shop disney mail to Canada?

With the Disney Stores closed in Canada, Can i purchase from shop disney in the U.S. and will they mail my merchandise to my home in Canada. Or do i purchase from the U.S. and have it sent to a U.S. post office box and drive over and pick it up.

In the past, when the stores here were still open, I purchased some stuff online and paid such an exorbitant amount of duty ON TOP of shipping and AFTER the package arrived that I vowed I'd never do it again. If you have access to a US postal box I'd say that is always the way to go.

You can order to Canada. However there are some items that won't ship to Canada. Also the cost is INSANE. Minimum for even just 1 teeny tiny pin that cost $15 and could be mailed in a regular envelope is $25US. And it only goes higher so even a $300 order will be like $90us (don't remember exact number). And being an ex Cast Member at the Disney Store I can tell you every single person I have ever talked (which is a lot) has gotten customs on top of that shipping charge. ShopDisney UK has a better shipping rate if you have a large order... it's a flat rate at 20 pounds but of course that's like $40cad so I have gone together with a group of people and ordered from that site as it is better with large orders.

I've had the same experiemce as the other posters. It's almost cheaper to fly to Disney and buy the stuff then have it shipped here

...utilize friends and family in the US as a shipping address They really need to fix the exorbitant fees! If I can order Built Bars w/ free expediated shipping to Canada, Disney should be able to ship here too!!

So when you order from the UK site I assume that you still get charged the customs and GST like the US site? That shipping price is a much better deal!

Keep in mind too, that your order may not ship all items together. I ordered for the first time earlier this year-3 Starbucks Mugs and some Pins. All on the same order but the Mugs shipped separately. I was charged Duty on both packages, so double the processing fees. I will not be ordering from ShopDisney again and shipping to Canada. I wish they would find another method of shipping than UPS. Other American retailers do it and cover customs fees.

Yes. I did a big group order that was about £600 and it was only £20 shipping.... customs was about $110 canadian but when you think about it I wasn't charged any tax on my order at all so it's like paying the taxes (in BC it's 12% tax)

I ordered character face masks from Shop Disney when they first came out… They were 4 masks for $19.99US. After the exchange rates, taxes, fees and shipping - The final total was over $60 CDN. Not to mention that it took over six weeks to arrive and the sizing was so off they were not usable for the person purchased for.
I’m done with Shop Disney until they come up with a better way of accommodating their international customers.
