Will Riveria December Use Year get 2018 points?

I am considering a Riviera add on and one of my use years is December. If I purchased today, would I receive 2018 points?

You would get 2019 points only. The resort doesn't officially open until within December so all UY are getting 2019 points (except February which is starting with 2020 because of when the resort was declared).

No, but December 2018 UY points are available with Aulani direct purchase. No MFs for the 2018 pts either! Incentives are very aggressive right now for both Aulani and Riviera...I added on at both with December UYs

February use year didn’t even get 2019. March was the first.
