Will restaurants help with surprises?

Our family will be having dinner on our last night at 1900 PF. I have booked a private fireworks cruise that night after dinner as a surprise for the rest of my family. Is there a way to get cast members at 1900 PF to help reveal the surprise?

I wouldn't see why not but you may have to get creative with how you do the surprise since 1900 PF is a buffet. I'm thinking a lot of surprises happen at restaurants that serve you dessert for example and they could bring out a dessert with something written out etc. Although you could probably order a cake and have it delivered there. I would call them directly to ask and have them let you know what the options are.
