Will resort store frozen food before check in?

Hi! We are staying at CCV next week. We will be driving and bringing frozen food in our cooler. I’m nervous it won’t make it in the cooler all day while we wait for our room the be ready. Can we ask for it to be stored at the resort while we visit MK?

We are staying at BLT. I had milk in a cooler and they took it and refrigerated it for us while we were waiting for our room to be ready.
