Will previously available menu items return?

Before my first visit to Batuu in 2021, I remember reading about menu items like bread pudding at the Milk Stand or a cinnamon roll or hot chocolate at Ronto Roasters. These are no longer on the menus, but is it just because of COVID-related menu cuts, or were they permanently discontinued? Does anyone know?

Most things at snack stands are temporary in the grand scheme of things. I'd be surprised if any of it comes back at this point, at least permanently.
