I really can't evaluate what you are asking without meals times....are you dinner after 7 pm ? I myself usually only schedule 1 sit down a day, especially if it is buffet, but that is more personal preference.

It does seem like you may have lots of scheduled meals, but I know where you are coming from. We tend to do that also. There are so many great restaurants to eat at and when you only visit Disney every so often, you don't have much time to try them all. The only thing that appeared to be a potential problem was the day that you are at Epcot and are eating at the Beach Club twice. Will you go back to Epcot in between those meals? It might be a pain to walk back and forth both times and you may want to choose to have one of those meals at Epcot. Anyway, have fun! I envy you!!

I think it's best to make the PS so you have them, and don't waste a lot of time waiting around for a sit down meal. However, if the time for your PS comes up, you can always cancel it if you are not hungry and just try to either get a walk in or a counter service meal later on.

Remember, all the walking you will be doing will make you more hungry after a shorter period of time than you are when you are home.

Since you are staying offsite I would not go to any parks on their early entry day. By the time you got to MK on Sunday it would already be busy due to the resort guests.

T&B

On your Epcot day, I would definitely suggest eating at a World Showcase restaurant for lunch or dinner. Chefs de France has an unbelievably delicious and filling lunch, and the Tangierine cafe has excellent food at very reasonable prices. Lunch won't take as long, but will still allow a nice break. Epcot is a huge park, and you may not have the stamina to tour in the morning, ride surrey bikes as a "break," and resume touring afterwards. If you eat lunch at either of these restaurants, you may only want a small dinner. Maybe you can grab a snack and watch Illuminations. As for your last day, I don't know what your tastes are, but Kona Cafe in the Polynesian has delicious dinner entrees and desserts; it's also very good for lunch if you want to be in the park for closing that night. Liberty Tree Tavern also has an excellent lunch if you'd rather take a more substantial lunch break and a shorter dinner break at the Plaza restaurant so you can enjoy the park that night. Have a great time!

We also stay offsite and don't leave the parks for a break, but we do stay from open to close, and we use lunch as a break, as well as afternoon parades. I'd skip the dinner PS's and just do counter service. We eat dinner at MGM while waiting for Fantasmic, and we eat at Epcot while waiting for Illuminations. This does mean that we get a spot for these shows at least an hour ahead of time, and just sit there while we eat our dinner that we picked up from a counter service restaurant. We like the Plaza Pavillion for dinner in the Magic Kingdom and we enjoy watching the castle change colors while we're eating.

Monday - If you leave MGM to eat at Boma, I'm assuming you will miss Fantasmic. I really like Fantasmic & personally would not make this decision.

Tuesday - I would not leave Epcot twice in one day to eat. Epcot already has a ton of walking. I would eat at least 1 of these meals at Epcot.

I noticed that both Magic Kingdom days you plan to eat at the Plaza. I would recommend Pecos Bill for 1 of these meals. They have great hamburgers.
