When I called to make my ressie they were nice and helpful. When I called to change my ressie at the last minute again they were nice and helpful.
When we actually got to the airport they were rude and unhelpful!
First the driver was 40 minutes late! I was in a panic because the airport was closing at noon and they weren't there yet. I was afraid that something had happened and the company decided to cancel ressies due to the impending storm. When the driver strolled in I asked her why she was late and she was very rude and said that she arrives basically when she gets there and it takes us time to walk from the gate to baggage claim so therefore in her eyes she was only 10 mins late. I told her that our plane arrived at 10:22 and was told a driver would be waiting for us at the baggage claim not us waiting for them.
So we get over that hurdle. Again, I was told making my ressie that the driver would handle the bags etc. So there I stand with two babies, two strollers, my mother and six bags and the driver tells me she isn't carrying any of my bags. Okay then make arrangements to have them taken to the car. She says no, it's my responsibility.
Now I am really angry and frustrated I go to the pay phone to call the company and the person on the phone was just as rude if not worse than she was. He told me she was a driver not a baggage carrier. I told him that is not what was told to me when I made the ressie and he didn't really care. I told him to forget it and walked right past the driver got a porter and took a cab.
I will never use this company again.
