That's what I thought - about the flashy top! I thought that may be considered pretty dressy for DLR. In any case, again, I have not eaten at Napa, but last year, when we stayed at GCH and wandered past Napa Rose quite a bit, I saw several folks in shorts (in December, which was funny) and track suits and sneakers and things coming out of the restaurant. I recall thinking it was amusing that a relatively upscale restaurant on the Disney property would attract the 'sporty' crowd.

Hey girl. Remember that one thing people either don't know or forget is that the Napa has it's own bar/lounge that is accessed through the same doors - you walk to the podium/desk and then turn right and you are in the lounge. You can defintiely wear whatever you want to get a drink or cappucino with rock candy.
That being said, I have definitely not met the BisCas on a couple of hot summer days a few years back - I felt like a complete grub, but then since we were regulars, no one batted an eye. It's gotten a bit more upscale since they have had a lot of major national publicity over the last few years (and the prices going up fostered some of that, too.)
