One thing I notice is that the night you eat at Narcoosees, you could find yourself rushing to get to BTMR by 7:00. I would move that one to a later time if possible or move your dinner to a bit earlier. I'm not saying you couldn't get there in time, but I also know that when it comes to transportation and entering the park it's best to plan some time for the unexpected.
I also notice that a lot of your FPs are back-to-back and your schedule is pretty tight, which is fine, but it doesn't leave a lot of room for flexibility and might have you feeling very rushed if you aren't able to hit the first ride at the beginning of your window. Personally I like to leave a little room between things so that there is some unscheduled time to just explore things that interest us and for unexpected things like hungry kids and bathroom breaks.

I agree with PP on making it to BTMRR in time and the general tightness of your schedule. Not sure how you will find the Fantasmic line that time of year, but you may find yourself at the end of a very long line if you wait until after ToT. That said, I love your ride choices.

to get the exact time you are trying for is slim to none

why are most of your FP for lat in the day you can get more FP when you use the ones you have.

Thank you! 5:00pm is the earliest dinner time there and if we miss our fastpass, oh well it will be ok. BTMR was my least favorite out of the options which is why I put it first knowing maybe we would miss it. MK is only open until 9:00pm so thats the only times I could do for after dinner and we want to relax at the resort until dinner. We will have mornings to be more spontaneous and do the things we miss but since we have club level at AKL, we want to be there for appetizers before going into the parks which means our schedule has to be kinda tight. Thank you for your feedback!!

We want the choice to sleep in, have a pool day, or go to the waterparks and we have been to WDW before so if we only ride our 3 fastpasses, we will be happy enough :)

Some of our group might not ride ToT. Can half of our group get in line and save some seats (like 4) or do they push everyone in the rows as you enter?

I think it depends on how many people will be saving how many seats. They do not cram you in until it gets really full. You could always use the old "they went to the bathroom.":P

not sure what you mean by this

The CM will try to fill all sets on the ride.

If some in your group have a FP and do not want to ride and you still have time on your FP time then you can take there MB and ride your self. not sure if disney really like people doing this, but I have ( when my friend can not ride something she had thought she could) and I know others have
