I don't think there has been any definitive answer to this question. After the end of the initial 18-month period, speculation has always been that there would be some type of charge, but to the best of my knowledge, nothing final has been announced.

The airport authority has not made a decision on what it will cost WDW to have the program. Once they make up their minds I am sure Disney will announce if the program will continue to be free or there will be a charge.

When I spoke to MS Through DVC they said ME is FREE until December 31, 2006. That is all they knew at this time.
