We arrive mid-morning at CSR and would like to go to a park if the room is not ready. If we drop our bags at luggage services, will they bring them to our room once assigned, or will we have to pick them up?
Was that with the old Magical Express? The baggage service with that would deliver to the room, but is no longer available. When you check the bags yourself at Bell Services/Luggage Services they require you to be in the room.Weirdly when I've stayed at Value resorts (Pop and Sports), they put my luggage in my room so it was there when I returned. It's only when I've been at Deluxe resorts (I haven't had to store luggage when I've been at a Moderate) that I've had to call for it.
Maybe they figure people at Values are less likely to whine about their room and try to change it?

I'm not sure if this is still true, technically the value resorts offer luggage services not bell services. Bell services are on demand. Luggage services at value aren't always on demand. When its busy your bags will be picked up or dropped off on their next run. I've left bags in the room. Luggage picked them up and put then in storage after I left my room. I left a tip by the bags.
