What do you think? Will it pass? Is it a good deal?

OKW 220 points @ $77 (SEP)
all 2006 points banked and all 220 2007 points coming in SEP
seller pays 1/2 2007 dues....buyer pays closing
they were asking $76 but I offered $77 as a suggestion from the reseller to get through ROFR.

Sounds like a very good deal to me - no idea if Disney will let you have it or not. If I had to guess, I'd say yes, because I think they have a decent inventory of OKW points availabel for members who want to buy /add on directly.

It was wise to raise their offer to $77pp. One might look at it and say why offer more? The truth is that I think someone who wants to sell their DVC quickly puts a very cheap price on it so someone in the resale market will bite on it to write a contract. The seller knowing that at worst case scenario (for him) Disney will buy back through ROFR and he still gets his DVC sold quickly. If you see a resale thats loaded with points, it is a very wise decision to offer a few bucks more to assure you will pass ROFR. I think you have a good chance of passing with this one. Good luck.
