Will I regret going in June?

Everyone's responses are on point. I am a teacher and used to only go during the summer. In fact I used to always go during star wars weekends and also during the 4th of july. In fact we got married there July 1 and had our honeymoon all through july. Then when we lived there I always enjoyed the summer time at WDW. It might be my favorite time to go. You do need to just adjust your expectations. Take the time to enjoy the things that you can do as an adult that you can't with kids. Sit on a bench with some popcorn and a coke on mainstreet and people watch. Hang out in line for a ride and just enjoy the time you can talk with your significant other. Walk slow, enjoy the ambiance. I have always loved the idea of getting a disney parks secrets and tricks book with all that fun behind the scenes knowledge and then taking the time to notice all the little details. Go on a hidden mickey hunt. Do some fun photography taking pictures of the stuff you just walk by.

So while what everyone else says is true use fast passes, rope drop and all that Try some of the simple things. Go to a water park, play mini golf, walk around the resorts.

Try new snacks. Challenge yourself to do something you have never done every day.

:)

We went in July last summer with 11 people who all stuck together and it was fabulous! Hot, but so much fun! My family of 4 is going in early June this year and I expect to have a hot, yet fun time again.

Bring some water, maybe a frog togg or mister fan. Rope drop, mid afternoon breaks and return in the evenings. We also like to do our sit down meal for lunch.

I think any trip to Disney is awesome. We went to Disney twice in June. One was early June and it was great. The second time was the end of June. Although we had a great time on both I swore I would never go at the end of June again. It just seemed to be alot of huge groups coming in and it was a little too crowded for us.

We usually go Nov or Dec but last year due to job situation we decided to cancel our December trip in go in June. Needless to say, it was hot and way more crowded than our last December trip. It was so hot and crowded that we didn't even use the last day on our passes to go into the parks but if you don't mind the heat or the crowds and it's the only time you can go, then go for it. I would rather go in the hot weather than not at all.
