Will I pass ROFR? BLT

I've been debating DVC for 9 years now ...after renting points and visiting SSR, AKL, and BLT we have decided to buy resale at BLT. Here's the skinny;

BLT 200 points, UY April
200 2013 banked
200 2014
200 2015

$104 per point.

Our offer was accepted and are now waiting to pass rofr...

Does anyone know what the chances of this passing are?

My wife enjoys the animal kingdom slightly more than bay lake, but we have a new child to so we're looking for a monorail resort. Plan to add poly later on for a one every 3 year stay. If the mouse picks this up, I'll look for a loaded contract either at animal kingdom or bay lake once again.

Good luck and hopefully you'll be enjoying DVC in no time...that looks like and awesome contract! A monorail resort with a new baby is a great idea, and you'll enjoy that view for years to come!

Can anyone with BLT post your point purchase...wishing I could see what point purchase others got at other resorts too, as I am working on my next purchase either at BW, BC, WL, or Saratoga. Per wdrl, BLT has been ROFR'd this past month at $60, $90, $94, $95, $98. Nothing anywhere near your offer. That is good news don't you think? Good luck.

You shouldn't have a problem. I was a bit worried on mine because it was a loaded contract (Dec UY, still had all 400 '13 points) at $98 per point and it passed at the end of June.

I passed for 200 AUG points at $99 a point.

The Contract had 31 banked 2013 points and 116 2014 points and 200 2015 points.

Thanks for the information, feeling like a fool, I have NO points until Feb. then it's not the whole ball of wax, paid 20,000.00 Will do better the next time around...and yes I should pass!!!

Awesome! I can finally stop looking for dvc resale contracts. I was worried about those banked points and the fact that all the 2014 fees are paid up...sounded like an easy steal for disney on a small resort lol...
