Hi,

I'm planning my ADRs, and I anticipate that we'll end up sharing some TS meals. If we find we have some left to spare, I was planning on a breakfast or two at Boatwrights (we're staying at POR) toward the end of the trip. But just in case we don't end up having extra credits, I wasn't planning to make ADRs for this. Should I? We will be there Dec. 10-20. I guess I could always cancel them if we don't need them. :confused3

Breakfast at Boatwrights is one of our favs. The only time we made an ADR there was Easter Morning 2005, but even then it wasn't needed. I think for breakfast you should be fine. You can also stop by guest services in the resort the evening before if you want to be sure it's available or call WDW-DINE. Maybe make one ADR if you want to be absolutely sure you get to eat there. I dunno what it's like just before Christmas, but the resort (and all the parks) was packed Spring Break 2005 and Boatwrights had plenty of tables available.

It has been our observation that restaurants are generally filling up more and more. We have seen people turned away at Boatwrights for dinner before during what we thought was a calm time. If this is something that you really want to do, then I would recommend getting ADR's and being on the safe side.
