Will i lose my fastpassed

Planned not to go to the parks my first night. So I have booked 5 days of fast passes for my 5 day ticket. I planned to upgrade to an AP anyway, so I can go my first night to enjoy evening MK EMH, which had previously been scheduled my second night. Can I book fast passes for my first night or do I have to cancel existing ones first since I haven't upgraded yet.

You'd have to cancel one day's (any day) worth of FP to add them on your first night.

Are you there for very long before EMH? I don't think there are FP available for EMH hours. You'd have to have at least three hours of time in the parks before EMH to be able to make FP reservations since they get spaced at least a hour apart....
