You will love it! Very peaceful and the rooms are exceptionally spacious!

You'll love OKW because it's the only WDW DVC resort that's 'full size'. For example OKW has a full size refrigerator with ice maker while the others only have an apartment size refrigerator with ice cube trays.

And OKW has a full size washer and dryer, while the others have apartment size washer/dryer.

Full size dining room table with chairs....

Full size couch....., or should I say couches.

Huge balcony.....

all the DVC resort studio have the same size TV - offsite has bigger TV

someone once say that DVC was changing - but I haven't seen it - I am pretty sure that SSR has the same size TV in their studios.

It is plenty big enough for enjoying at the bed - remember it will move - so if this is your first time go with bell services and ask about all the functions. How to move the TV, work the coffee maker that kind of stuff.

Believe me at OKW you will be moving the TV alot.....

remember if possible get an upper floor room - studios have either alot of shurbs, bushes or they are next to the air conditioning unit on the first floor.

walking up and down the steps is not bad at all!

Well the TV in the center island is far too large to move! The ones in the bedrooms are smaller, but they are on pull out trays in the Armoir so they can be aimed to one side or the other.

It's ironic now that I think about it that our first use of our points was this past May. Guess where our reservation was - OKW! We own at BCV because it's our favorite place to stay, but we were taking my MIL and wanted to have lots of space. I must say that we really loved our first stay as DVC owners, and I think it may have spoiled us because everything Rich had said about OKW was true! Trust me, in the future, I will be looking for OKW resale points to add to my collection!

Olivia's- The food and atmosphere are great.
The lobby (decor) and Hemingway's Library (great place to sit in A/C and read a book).
Shuffleboard Court.
Architecture;Landscaping.
Really laid back atmosphere that can really be appreciated after hectic days at parks.

I feel compelled to state that "It's the best DVC resort by a long shot".

The rooms are spacious & well layed-out, the grounds are beautiful, and the location is just right. You can spend a day enjoying yourself at OKW and not feel like you've missed out on a day at the parks.

It has been "home" to us since 1992 and it is my favorite resort by far!
Spacious rooms, wonderful views, quiet, relaxing and I miss it.
We were on the 9/11 Magic cruise but flew in the day before and ate lunch with friends at Olivia's. (I needed an OKW fix even if it was a small one!)
Great lunch as always even if I didn't have room for the brownie sundae!
