the loop I requested? Here's my predicament: My husband made our res. over 2 weeks ago for Dec9-14, he requested loop 1500 on the phone with the agent, she said she would note it, well, we have been waiting for our reservation letter to come in the mail (it only used to take about a week!) it never came, so I called down today & was told they don't send them anymore, they e-mail them. Well, ours went to an old e-mail address, which is why I didn't know about this--I finally remembered our old password, and yes it is there, but nowhere on it does it say we have requested the loop--will they have this info in their system? Or am I at square one again? Thank you for helping!!
