Will I get DME tags in time?

If I book within the next day or two for a trip around Jan 20, will I get luggage tags in time?

DME needs a lead time of 10 days to print up your packet and get it out to you. So, yes, I would imagine that you should have time to get your DME packet prior to the 20th.
