Will I get a better BC rate - AP, AAA etc..?

I have an opportunity to rent DVC points for a BC (studio) 2/1-2/4 @ $10 pt... about $710, or an average of $236.xx a night.

Do you think I should wait & see if I can get a better nightly rate with possible discounts with AP, AAA, Disney Visa, or other specials? or should I just finalize the deal?

Right now the AP discount on DVC is $115 off rack rate. This is during value season which it appears you dates are in. You won't know until Nov/Dec what the AP discounts for Feb will be.
