My dd and I are arriving at Disney on Monday.....This was a trip planned about 3 weeks ago, so ressies were what I could get....she chose some she really wanted.....Do you think I will be disappointed??? We will not be on the dining plan....
Monday - Fulton's
Tuesday - Breakfast at Kona.....Dinner at Tony's at MK
Wednesday - We have no ressies....plan to be at Animal Kingdom....but may go elsewhere for dinner
Thursday - dinner at Sci-Fi
Friday - Late lunch at Coral Reef

She is not a big eater at one time...likes to eat small portions often.....so we will probably eat breakfast in our room...cereal and milk...LOL (except for the Kona ressie and I am the one that wanted that one...I want to try the Tonga Toast!!!!!)

Most of the places that you listed sound good. Except Coral Reef, I had lunch there a little over a week ago. If you want small portions, that what you will get at Coral Reef. I had the Lobster salad and cup of soup, and the cup of soup so small and only half full. This place is not worth the price they charge. What I had cost $20.99, I had a better lunch for less money at the Captains Grille at the Yacht Club.

I think you did really well on such short notice.
First, we love Fulton's and are going there for our special 25th anniversary dinner (first place my DH ever took me for dinner at Disney), but it is VERY expensive. We have never done Kona's but have heard good things about it. We enjoy Sci-Fi (although it has been several years since we were there) and we haven't done Coral Reef since our kids were probably 11 and 9 (they are 22 and 20 now). For your Animal Kingdom day, did you try getting Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge or maybe Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge.

Have a good trip.

if you want a quicker breakfast at the Poly, instead of doing table service at the Kona Cafe, you can get the tonga toast (and lots of other breakfast items) at the quick service in the Polynesian hotel-Captain Cook's. BTW, the tonga toast is very, very rich and very, very sweet and very, very, large-unless you're really into incredibly over-sweetened foods, don't order two of these--suggest you & your DD split one, and get something like fruit or yogurt to go with. DH & I love sweets and I'm more of a Pooh-sized person,LOL: but one was more than the two of us could eat.
