Will I be able to use online check-in?

I have a special request through disabilities to avoid being put in the Ranchos section of CSR due to my son's irresistable urge to touch cactus. When I called to make the request the cm told me to call the resort 5 days prior to make sure they caught that note. Does that mean I shouldn't use online check in. Or should I do both? In the past I did both, but my request then was either 1st floor or near an elevator of any building.

From past experience I call 2 weeks before then again 5 days before to make sure my reservation is correct then I call 2 days before then I call the morning of our check in more then once the reservation got changed at one point or another. I have never done on line check in so no help with that

I actually faxed a letter directly to the people at Coronado Springs in addition to my request through special services, and our room was perfect.
Here is the fax number: (407) 939-1001

I don't have a fax machine but I just went to Staples. I included my Name, Confirmation Number, Address, Dates of travel, and phone number. Remember to tell them it is for a medical reason (i.e. My son is ______ and cannot control his impulses to touch cactus. For this medical safety reason, I request to be put somewhere other than the Ranchos section of the resort. Thank you)

I have not used online check in, so I cant say too much about that.

Non of the resorts look at faxes anymore since they get to many plus this is the digital age now. Go ahead and do the online check in. All it does is give them your CC info and makes check in really fast compared to not doing it.

I would call the resort to make sure your needs are met. I have always just told them when I make the resie and have never not gotten what I requested.
