Will fall rates be lower?

We're planning a trip to DisneyWorld in late September. We need a junior suite because we have five, including two teenagers and they're better when they're not right on each other. I was shocked that a jr. suite (or deluxe) at the Contemporary was $750. At the WL, it's $360. But you can get the same rooms for about $190 this summer. Does anyone know if the rates will come down? I need to book because I know this type room is limited, but was hoping for a better price.
