Will Expiring pin code ruin my chance of another?

I called today to inquire about any codes or pin that I may have and missed for a 12/07 trip I am planning. After a few minutes the CM said you do have pin! However it expires 03/30/07 and I have had it attached for awhile I wish I had known! He said it was an emailed pin. I told him not to tell me the details, I was to sad. He said maybe I would get another because they were trying to get us back.

I get quite a few emails from Disney groups. Are the pins in the fine print or did I just plain miss it? I figure if I book the dec trip they won't send me a pin because they already have me! Hoping for some kind of deal. Can't go Dec 40% off week.

Maybe I missed it, but why can't you use the pin the CM said you had? It doesn't expire until the end of the month. You said you didn't want the details because you were sad. I don't understand-if you didn't get the details, how do you know if it is something you can use or not?

Am I being dense?

I started getting the details but travel had to take place by 3/30/07. That is not possible.

I see. I thought you mean that you had to apply the pin by 3/30--not travel by then.

I called Disney's number 407-939-6244 to get a quote and asked then. The CM was great and when I had to interupt to ask my kids to be quiet he said tell them Goofy wants to talk to them. My DD 5 enjoyed the talk so much.
I was surprised that the airfare they quoted was as cheap as I have been able to find on my own. I had heard the airfare was expensive. I am still booking with a travel agent though. They came through for me in the past for CRT. I was shutout and trying all the tricks I've heard. Good luck!

I think you had better call back... I have a pin attached to my name and the pin expires if not used to book travel by a certain date (which happens to be 3/30/07. I can book the travel for anytime in 2007.

I think you should call back. Just to make sure. What are your travel dates in 12-07? My PIN expires on 3.15.07, but I know that they said I could use the pin for the year of 2007. HOWEVER, the discount would only apply for certain dates. The Dec dates were Dec 9 through the 22nd. Now if you can start your travel sometime in that date frame it may work. Its worth another call. This is number on my card 407-939-7822. Just tell them you know you have a pin attached to your name, but you can't find the number or you lost the email. Then have him try those dates again. Sometimes it all boils down to which CM you get. Good Luck!
