I am thinking of renting from Enterprise over near Downtown Disney. Will they really pick me up at the start of the rental, and will they drop me off at the end? Has anyone had any experience with Enterprise on Hotel Plaza Blvd?

Enterprise, the one in the Marriott, has picked me up and taken me back with no hitches. I think you have to call the day before, but they were reliable.

Respectfully, and entirely out of curiosity: since "we'll pick you up" is Enterprise's tag line/selling point, why would you think they wouldn't pick you up?

Because not all locations actually pick up/drop off. The wording on the website is unclear and so I wanted to know if anyone had actually done this in the Disney area.

Why are you curious as to why I would ask a question? Usually people ask questions because they need information or don't understand something.

Because I'm genuinely curious. When I hear the word "Enterprise" - even the common noun - the company's advertising is so effective that I immediately think "we'll pick you up". Yes, even if 'enterprise' is used in a format entirely unrelated to rental car agencies.

So, given the effectiveness of their campaign/policy, I was honestly curious why a consumer would think they wouldn't pick up a customer. Thanks for your response.

I'm fairly certain that Enterprise's "we'll pick you up" means they will pick you up and take you to their rental location. I don't think they bring the car to you.

Yes..depends on the location you rented from I think. I rented a car from them a few years back when staying at POP, yes a rep picked me up there and took me to the location I had rented from ( a hotel on World Drive I believe) did the paperwork and then given the car...when vacation done did it in reverse.

I rented a car from Enterprise last month. They bring the car to me and do the paperwork right at my work place. Then when my car got back from repair Enterprise pick up the rental car from my house location. :goodvibes
