Will DVC Lounge open with park?

Wondering if anyone has read if our DVC Lounge will be open? We will be at Epcot on July 19th and would love to use. But as with most extras, features, and things in general - I am not holding my breath.

In the DVC FAQ (behind the login) they say the Epcot Lounge will open but will require a mask, have limited occupancy, and I think the food/drinks will not be on offer.

Top of thee World Lounge is not opening.

thank you, i tried searching for lounge this morning on our dvc website but didn't get the right information.

Every time I have been up there it has always had limited occupancy. There has never been many seats.

They are apparently limiting it more.
