when the childrens place takes over, will disneydirect.com still be owned by disney? will the disney store it change any when they take over?

Actually, Disney Direct is owned/operated by Disney - that is why they changed the name from Disney Store.com. Children's Place will be allowed to use the Disney Store name for both Brick & Mortar stores and online.

This is for FYI. I went into The Disney Store this past Friday to purchase DD one of those Princess or Lizzie Mcguire Jackets that they have on sale @ DisneyDirect. I wanted to get the online price of the jacket and was told I could not due to TCP taking over TDS. So if you see an item in the Disney Store and want to price compare with what's online, TDS will not honor it any longer. I was truley bummed because I wanted that jacket for her. I guess I will have to order it on line and pay for the shipping
