Will deviled eggs be good if made two days ahead?

Need to know if I make them on Friday afternoon, will they be okay on Sunday afternoon? I am having people over Saturday and will not have as much time then as I will on Friday. But, I don't want to make them early if they won't be good.

I think they can get runny if you make them up too far in advance. If you are really pressed for time you can mix the filling and just keep the eggs well covered and then do the final assembly closer to the serving time. I don't think they would be "bad" either way, but would probably look prettier if they were made later.

I would boil the eggs Friday, but don't make the filling or fill the eggs until Sunday if you have the time. The finished eggs should keep for two days in the fridge. I'm just overwhelmed by the odor for a moment when I take the cover off my container.
