will DDE card still work during peak times/increase?

So, for Thanksgiving week and following weekend, there is an increase in price at certain restaurants. Will the DDE still be honored?

I see that it is not honored ON the actual major holiday, but I am not sure about the other "peak" days?

It's only on the major holiday.. I think they give you a list of the days with your card.

The only days it will not be honored are: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
