Will CRT Dinner be fun for adults?

Hi everyone! Tonight, I made an ADR for CRT Dinner on October 1 for 2 adults (they still had 3 other seatings available by the way at 4pm, 8pm, and 8:20pm). I knew that these ADRs usually go fast, so I went ahead and confirmed it, but I have a couple of questions:

1. We've never eaten in the castle, so I thought it might be a fun experience. Do you think this meal is any fun for adults?

2. Would you consider the setting romantic at all?

3. Is the food decent at dinner time? I thought it was fairly pricey (about $104 for 2 adults). I don't expect the food to be the best I've ever eaten, but good food would be nice. I guess we're more interested in the experience.

4. The CM told me that the Fairy Godmother does some sort of small presentation during dinner. Does she only do it during certain times?

Thanks for any opinions/experiences you can share. :flower3:

Yes to all your questions. You will enjoy it. My DH and I ate there as just adults for our 30th anniversary and we had a great time. We took my DS and his fiance, her mom this past November and we all had a great time. Fairy Godmother has a song and a skit type thing she does with Perla and Suzie the mice. Cinderella is downstairs. We enjoyed the food and had a great time. Our waiter was the best
Here are a couple of pics

Oh, thank you for your post and wonderful pictures indigoxtreme!! It looks wonderful! After seeing your pics, I am definitely excited to go. Thanks again!:flower3:

We went to CRT for dinner last summer (four adults, ages 20 - 59) and had a great time! The whole experience was fun. Food was good. Enjoyed the singing and dancing around that the Fairy Godmother and mice did. Took some pictures at the table. I always had faith but there were a couple of doubters in my group, but everyone agreed afterwards that they had a great time and would return.

Yes, Yes, Yes. My wife and I have had dinner several times in the castle. It is just so special to have dinner in the castle.

We had dinner at the castle with our 2 girls last year. It was perfect timing, as we were exiting the castle, the exit was roped off so that the electric parade could go by.... WE GOT TO WATCH THE PARADE FROM THE RAMP OF THE CASTLE! :cool1: :cool1: Our ressies were fro 7:30, I believe.

The castle was very cool too, cute show, pictures with Cindy, the food was pretty good. I really enjoyed that evening.

YAY! I am excited to go now. Thanks everyone for sharing your opinions and experiences. Our ADR is for 4:25pm, so I'm sure there will be lots of children around for dinner at that time. It was the only ADR available, but we really love watching the children respond to the characters anyways. It's really just as fun as seeing the characters (if not more fun). :rotfl:

We have a 9:35 PM one in two weeks. What exactly happens during the show?
do they do the skit evers so often, so all get a chance to see it? Do the come to your table at all either. We will have our 4 YO with us too. Also wishes will be on at 9, so will we have trouble getting into the castle?
And how is the food?

Just an opinion.....you may enjoy a later seating.

We had a later seating and got to see some of the fireworks from inside the castle. If you are seeing wishes another night....the fireworks from inside the castle were very romantic. However, as I said if you are seeing wishes another night...because only some of the fireworks were visible.

The couple sitting next to us got engaged....brought tears to my eyes..ok I am a bit of a sap...but also very romantic.

Have fun!

I bumped this up, the othere posts are from last May.

We can't go earlier, as the 9:35 is first available and wishes is at 9.
