Below you will see the two Newlyeweds that are going to see the Mouse in count it 35 days.
I think we are still considered Newlyeweds (don't we get a full year of Newlyness)?
Cast:
Me (dan) 24. side note already: I had to think how old I was, this is a problem as I often forget how old I am. I always have to ask DW. The bad part is when we go to a casino they look at my license and ask how old I am. On more than one instance, I have had to ask DW how old I was, that is not very convincing when trying to go through security. Now before we go through check points she tells me how old I am so I won't stumble. End side note.
I love everything Disney always have always will. Love to collect the little figures of the characters, the plastic kinds. I have since I was little. My parents took me to WDW many times growing up. We would stay at FW and camp for usually about 2 weeks. My claim to fame is that I dont need a guide map and have the parks memorized in my head and know the fastest ways to each ride.
DW (candi) 26. Yeah I married older. Love everything about that girl, she always makes me smile and we have a great time together. She liked Disney when we meet and were dating. Was there a few times when growing up, (I think her last time was when she was 10)but there family never really did Disney, if you know what I mean. They went but didn't really experience it the way that most everyone on here has. Now she is a Disney NUT
I think she is almost worse than me.
I have groomed a monster DISNEY LOVER.
Here is the happy couple on our last full day of Disney last year on our honeymoon. This was the first day of The Year of A Million Dreams.
I will talk about last year in a upcoming post. There were many great moments and I have pics to go along with them.
Like I was saying this was the first day of a Million Dreams. That morning we went to AK. About half way through the day a lady walked up to us and said that they were given extra Dream Fast Passes and asked if we wanted them. Umm of course we did. Thanks lady and off we went to cut the lines at the Safari.
The day was starting out vary good. After we left AK I had to go back and see Lights Motor Action stunt show again. On the way in MGM the parade was going on so we went through a few shops on the way to the back. While browsing around and talking with a CM working behind a counter, it turned out that he was a Donald fan as well.
He started to talk to me in the Donald voice, and gave me one of his Donald pins without even trading for one. He then told me to wait that he had something else for me as well. He then gave me a 35th Birthday pin. It was one that only the CM had and they were all wearing one that day. I can't remeber what 35th Birthday it was for WDW opening I think.
So we thanked him and were on our way. I hope that I run into him again this year. I remeber what he looked like.
Anyway I was very excited and other CM told me nice pin and I felt special since they were the only other ones that had. There was one grumpy CM that asked me where I got that and pretty much said that I was not suppose to have it. My DW chimmed in quickly and said that it was because I was special that I got it.
Gotta love her.
If you look closely you can see said pin along with the Just Married Pin.
When I took this picture I tried to make it so that Donald was having a drink of my slushy, not to bad that was on one take that I got it right.
More pics and updates from last year to come.
Up Next Anniversary 2007 plans and schedules. There may be one day for the ADR that might be changed. Will the people of the DIS get to vote and change our minds on where to eat?
Stay tuned and find out.
