Will Chip and Dale steal my wife again? W/ Pics (Updated 5-21~Part 3 Our next trip)

On a lighter note, I am going to post the pics of My girl Minnie taking me away from a photo shoot last year, As you can see in the first picture she didnt want anything to do with DW she was hanging on to me. My DW told Minnie that she was going to go run off with Mickey and she shrugged her shoulders and kinda went thats okay.
Here is the first pic

And here we are trying to escape together, the older couple thought it was really funny, we didnt get to far before we were turned around. Oh well maybe this year Minnie and I will get to go out on a date. :woohoo:

DSC04679.jpg

Afterwards my DW told me that the little kids in line looked like they were gonna cry because they thought Minnie was leaving. I apoligize now if any of those kids were yours.

36 more days till I see my boy :donald: and my girlfriend ::MinnieMo
Dont worry my DW is okay with Minnie being my girlfriend because she has those crazy chipmunks as boyfriends.

The Pics look normal to me.....

& I vote for keeping the title Kinda like it is...but a little different...You Know Disneydad up to his Evil ways....but here is my Vote

You Vote on all we Do @ Disney...A Pre-Trip Report...

Hey its worked so far you got 2 pgs in 24hrs that's not bad!!!

See on each post you could tell us what you are thinking of doing & then Have us vote on which one we want Ya'll to do...& when you return you can report back about how our decision went!!!!!!

but if the only options are the 4 then I chose #1

:cool2:

Yeah!! The pictures look great now! :woohoo: Too funny that both of you were whisked away by rodents!! :lmao: I guess Minnie is tired of waiting around for Mickey to make a commitment!! However, she should look past the married men - is Goofy married??? ;)

PS - she was hitting on my 12 year old son when we were there in January. She kept "kissing" him. It was priceless. Andrew was about 15 shades of red.

She did make a gusture toward her own finger like saying hey no ring so its okay. I am not sure if goofy has ever had anyone.

Thats funny about your boy. When I was younger I didnt like it when the characters did that to me, now I love it, it makes the experience that much better when you are meeting them.

I too vote for #1! However, I really like the one posters idea saying that you should have the DIS vote on what you guys should do. That would be a lot of fun! Looking forward to reading more!!!

Welcome and thanks for the vote. I think I am going to have to come up with some sort of idea where the good people of the DIS come out and vote for our daily activities. :)

Oh and I forgot to tell you that we are on our 4th Anniversary this year! We have gone back to Disney for our anniversary each year so far! We will see how we do, but I think every year for 25 years is amazing! I don't know if we will be able to do that!

Below you will see the two Newlyeweds that are going to see the Mouse in count it 35 days. :cool1: :cool1:
I think we are still considered Newlyeweds (don't we get a full year of Newlyness)?

Cast:
Me (dan) 24. side note already: I had to think how old I was, this is a problem as I often forget how old I am. I always have to ask DW. The bad part is when we go to a casino they look at my license and ask how old I am. On more than one instance, I have had to ask DW how old I was, that is not very convincing when trying to go through security. Now before we go through check points she tells me how old I am so I won't stumble. End side note.
I love everything Disney always have always will. Love to collect the little figures of the characters, the plastic kinds. I have since I was little. My parents took me to WDW many times growing up. We would stay at FW and camp for usually about 2 weeks. My claim to fame is that I dont need a guide map and have the parks memorized in my head and know the fastest ways to each ride.

DW (candi) 26. Yeah I married older. Love everything about that girl, she always makes me smile and we have a great time together. She liked Disney when we meet and were dating. Was there a few times when growing up, (I think her last time was when she was 10)but there family never really did Disney, if you know what I mean. They went but didn't really experience it the way that most everyone on here has. Now she is a Disney NUT :cool1: I think she is almost worse than me.

I have groomed a monster DISNEY LOVER.

Here is the happy couple on our last full day of Disney last year on our honeymoon. This was the first day of The Year of A Million Dreams.

DSC04728.jpg

I will talk about last year in a upcoming post. There were many great moments and I have pics to go along with them.

Like I was saying this was the first day of a Million Dreams. That morning we went to AK. About half way through the day a lady walked up to us and said that they were given extra Dream Fast Passes and asked if we wanted them. Umm of course we did. Thanks lady and off we went to cut the lines at the Safari.

The day was starting out vary good. After we left AK I had to go back and see Lights Motor Action stunt show again. On the way in MGM the parade was going on so we went through a few shops on the way to the back. While browsing around and talking with a CM working behind a counter, it turned out that he was a Donald fan as well. :donald: He started to talk to me in the Donald voice, and gave me one of his Donald pins without even trading for one. He then told me to wait that he had something else for me as well. He then gave me a 35th Birthday pin. It was one that only the CM had and they were all wearing one that day. I can't remeber what 35th Birthday it was for WDW opening I think. :confused3 So we thanked him and were on our way. I hope that I run into him again this year. I remeber what he looked like.

Anyway I was very excited and other CM told me nice pin and I felt special since they were the only other ones that had. There was one grumpy CM that asked me where I got that and pretty much said that I was not suppose to have it. My DW chimmed in quickly and said that it was because I was special that I got it. Gotta love her.

DSC04713.jpg

If you look closely you can see said pin along with the Just Married Pin.

When I took this picture I tried to make it so that Donald was having a drink of my slushy, not to bad that was on one take that I got it right.

More pics and updates from last year to come.

Up Next Anniversary 2007 plans and schedules. There may be one day for the ADR that might be changed. Will the people of the DIS get to vote and change our minds on where to eat?

Stay tuned and find out.

Congrats on 4 years:yay: and making it to the world each one. And good luck on trying to make every year from here on out. :thumbsup2

I vote for the first one too.

You can set up a poll on the DIS, but I really don't know how to do it.

That was a great way to start out your trip!! :goodvibes Now you get to go back, again, during YOAMD. Very cool!!

BTW - my dad can do the Donald voice. He does it perfectly and sounds just like him. He used to always make my sister and me laugh so hard every time he would do it. :lmao:

Thanks for the vote, I was thinking about doing a poll but I wanted to be able to have the choices close to the descriptions.
Would you be the person to contact when we are ready to move this from a Pre-trip Report to the trip report board when we get back?

I try to do the voice all the time sometimes I can do it and then I try again right away and I am way off. DW thinks it is so funny cause I get  that I can't do it on command. Does he still do the voice for you guys.

Does he still do the voice for you guys.

Yes, he does - when we actually get to see him. He now lives in Nashville. I am in Chicago and my sister is in Seneca Falls, NY. However, he will do it for my kids on the phone when we call each other. The kids think it's great!! :thumbsup2

That is great that he still does that. One of these days I am going to perfect that voice, and then disney will have no choice but to hire me to do Donalds voice in movies and shows.

:donald: :donald:

This Installement will only our plans without the ADR. The ADR's will be up later, we are going out of town camping this weekend, and dont have time to put all of that up now.

Well as many if not all of you know there is the free dining going on again this year. We were lucky enough to have our trip planned last year during that time and this year as well. I think we found a new favorite time of year to go.
At the end of 2005 we already had our wedding date set and knew we were going to go to Disney for our honeymoon. At this time I went online and bought 10 day park hopper passes with 5 water park days and no experation. I think they were 403 total. :thumbsup2 Now those same passes with 6 water park days are around 430ish i believe. Well when we were booking the free dining package last year, they told us that you need to only have a 1 day park pass to qualify for the free dining your entire stay. So I told the friendly CM on the phone to give me a one day base ticket for each of us. It came to around 130 dollars with tax and everything, and we were now going to get 8 days of meals free for just a 130 dollars. :cool1:

So we used that one day ticket, and 3 days off our 10 day pass as well as two water parks last year.

So for this years trip we still have 7 days and 3 water park days left. I did the same thing this year and bought one extra base ticket for about 130-140 for the two of us and then we were signed up for the free dining for our 9 nights this year.

When we leave Disney this year we will still have 4 days and 1 water park left. That means one more trip without having to buy tickets.

We will be in the world from Aug 30th till Sept. 8th. Staying at AllStar Sports.

We plan on going in each park one day, both water parks, and we have two days scheduled to do nothing. On the days off we will go to DTD, lay around the pool, go visit some of the other hotels, maybe mini golfing, sea racers. (I scared DW in these last year she thought I was going to tip us over because I was making sharp turns.) I love her to much to let her fall in the water:hug:

I promise to add the day by day plans on the next post, but since this one was not all that interesting I will post some more pics from last years trip.

Pics from last year:
Getting in line for the magical express at the airport. We literally walked to the front of the line and straight on the bus, and maybe waited 3 minutes for the bus to pull out and get on the way.

This was on the way back to the room after eating at Ohana on the first day of our trip. The CBR was so beautiful and relaxing.

Right behind my beautiful wife is the door to our room, it was a corner room with a view of the lake from the balcony. Very nice and peaceful.

Love the Update & the pics...CBR is a wonderful resort...but you will like ASsports too....

Thanks, Has anyone stayed at AS Sports yet, I heard that since it was the first of the 4 value resorts, it is not that up to par. I am sure it will be fine since nothing and Disney is that bad, but just wandering if any of you have had a first hand experience there?

I think you have left off the fact that there are 2 Votes for naming this report the You vote for what we do at Disney Report!!!!

Sorry Disneydad, I did forget that there was the other two votes. I will still give you some choices later on as to what we may do, but for now, I think we have a clear cut favorite for the Title of the Trip Report.

If you have been reading along, and voted, I am sure that you know what the winning vote is, so without further hesitation.........

.....

....

....Option 1.

Will Chip and Dale steal my wife again?

 :donald:

Thank you everyone for voting, and now that we have a title for the Pre-trip Report, we can get down to business with some plans and day by day schedule for everyone to enjoy.

I'm not sure if the plans will be up tonight or tommorrow, we have bible group tonight, and sometimes it goes pretty late.
Hope everyone had a good weekend, and enjoyed the outdoors some.
