Will call tickets

I have prepaid for tickets here in Canada and have vouchers.
I have a few questions.

1. We are a party of 7 people travelling, can I pick up for everyone at a will call?

2. Can you pick up park tickets at a resort if you are not staying there? (ie we will be having dinner at a resort restaurant upon arrival on Sat night but staying offsite and not going to our first park until Monday likely)

paid for all of the tickets. Have the Credit Card used for

The Walt Disney World site doesn't say anything about being able to pick up will call tickets at the Concierge Desk.

" Ticket orders placed before midnight (Eastern Time) can be picked up the next day. Upon arrival, pick up your Will Call ticket order at one of the following ticket sales locations: Epcot®, Disney's Animal Kingdom™ Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios™ or the Ticket and Transportation Center at Magic Kingdom® Park. You will need to present your Will Call certificate along with a valid photo I.D. (e.g., driver's license, passport or military I.D.). "

I was not able to do this with will-call tickets in October at AoA. Don't know if it was an uneducated CM or not, but was told I'd have to get my tickets at the TTC or a park entrance.
