Will Call Tickets w/ Express

What time does will call open? If I purchase a 1-day ticket with express pass online and have to pick it up from will call, can I get them before the park opens? Or should I pick them up the day before to make sure we're not delayed getting into the park since we only have one day?

If it is the will call kiosk (like an ATM), they are open all the time. They are also at all the hotels.
