1. What time does Will Call open at Magic Kingdom? 30 minute prior to park opening or something?

2. Is there a separate Will Call window besides the normal Guest Services location outside the park? Or is there a dedicated Will Call window?

1. Most days, around 7:30AM.

2. You do not need to go to a specific "Will Call" window.
Guest RELATIONS can do all of the Will Call services. (And, a Ticket Booth can handle many of the situations, too.)

I picked up Will Call tickets at a park Ticket Booth, but this was a few years ago. I remember asking someone in the area where to go for Will Call and they pointed me to a specific Ticket Booth. Didn't have to go to Guest Relations.
