Will-Call locations???

OK, starting to get excited!! And so sorry if this was asked before!!

Where is the location of each Will-Call window? I mean, specifically... does anyone have a map? I know where the MK one is, but I am totally lost as to the rest of the locations, and when we go, I don't want to waste a bunch of time trying to find the Will-Call windows!

The windows are well-marked at each ticket sales area. Facing the entrance, at DHS they are on your far right and at Epcot they are to the left side of the monorail beam. I'm not sure of AK or TTC.

Just an FYI, we used our GAD pass to get FastPasses for the day in MK. We went on a Saturday and the line at willcall was VERY LONG. (think over 50 people). Yikes!! I asked if we could go into the park and redeem the GAD pass at City Hall. Cast member said Yes.

We entered park, went to City Hall and got our Special FastPass credit cards very quickly. It was nice to NOT have to wait in a VERY LONG Will Call line outside of the park.

Of course, if you are redeeming the GAD for a ticket to enter the park, it would not work. You would have to wait in the line outside of the park.

Was this at the park itself, at the Guest Relations window? I think that can have the longest line of any because it is doing the role of both Guest Relations and Will Call, except on the busy days when its at the nearby rotunda building. This is the first time I've heard a line described as long though...it could depend on how many in the line are with a group, especially for the GAD Fastpasses...

I'd be curious to know what time of day this was (with the 50 people) and if the guest relations window would be open inside the park during the hour people are allowed in for ADRs at the CP but before the official gates open.

We used GAD vouchers for FP 4 days last week (at each of the 4 parks, at the will call window) and never had a line more than a few people. There were at least 4 windows open at each park (we were there just before rope drop) and more often they were waiting for people to come on up.
(We used the Will Call at TTC for MK, I guess there coudl be another at the park that is busier.)

Each park has a Guest Relations inside. MK is at City Hall, Epcot is to the left of Spaceship Earth. DHS I believe is just to the left of the entrance, and my mind is sketchy on AK.

However, keep in mind that the Will Call window is the proper place...a few guests have reported being directed back outside to deal with GAD.

We went on Saturday, April 17th. We walked to MK (staying at Contemporary) at 11:30am. I was shocked at the amount of people waiting at the Guest Relations windows. Cast members actually had to put down masking tape on the concrete to create more "cue lines". The Will Call line was just as crazy.

The cast member said I could redeem my GAD pass for Fastpass Cards inside at City Hall. It was such a GREAT process.

BTW, we had 6 in our group and everyone used their GAD pass for Fastpass Cards. One person each day. We NEVER had any issues on any of the other days, the lines were always short at WillCall (or non-existent). The final day was 4/17 (saturday) and that was when we had the long lines.
