Will call location at Downtown Disney?

A friend purchased tickets online and will need to pick them up when we meet up together next week. Our first day plans include Downtown Disney after our arrival. I searched and it appears Downtown Disney has two locations for Will call. Am I understanding correctly there is still a location near where the Team Mickey store is? Not too far from Earl of Sandwich? If yes, does anyone know the hours?

If this doesn't work out, our next plan would be to get them at the Magic Kingdom the next day. We'll be arriving around 7:40am since we have an 8:05 ADR for the Crystal Palace before the park opens at 9:00am. Would we have any issues getting them before the park opens? I remember we did this to pick up our special fast passes during the Give a Day, Get a Day.

Thanks in advance - I've always arrived with tickets in hand and never had to even pay attention to this!

Yes, Guest Relations on the Marketplace side is still there where you indicated. I'm not sure of the hours, but we got our APs there later in the evening last trip - like 9 PM or later. I'm pretty sure they are open until at least 11 PM there.
