Will Call Hours?

Is the will call at a park open for the same operating hours as the park? Or does it close early? We're hoping to redeem our GADs the evening that we arrive to upgrade to a pass to use for the rest of our trip, but we don't want to get to a park and have will call be closed already.

Will Call windows will be open at least 30 minutes prior to the first guests entering the park. This includes for charecter breakfasts and EMH, so lets say Crystal Palace has its first seating at 8am, Will Call will open at 730 am.

They stay open till right up to park close as well, I would say the earliest they would close would be about 1 hour before closing time. I know several years ago we used Will Call at DHS about 20 min before closing and they were still there.
