We are planning on going to Blizzard Beach in January if we get a warm day while we are there. If there is a single warm day out of a cold week, will Blizzard Beach be packed? It seems that although this will be offseason, everyone with a plus feature on their park hopper will rush to the only open water park on a warmer day. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I think there will be days in January that can be considered "warm" compared to days in Oklahoma. I think a day "warm" enough for a water park is iffy at best. Based on the times we've been there in January, it was a bit too cool for us. I hope you get to go:D

Define warm. If it is 50 or below the water parks do not open.

We went in January one year and had weather just like you describe: only one day of our trip was warm enough for us to swim (in the high 70's/low 80's). Blizzard Beach was very uncrowded despite the "break" in weather and we walked on every slide and the ski lift at any time of the day we wanted. Lying in the sun while wet was a bit chilly, but the water was quite warm. We stayed from opening 'till close and had a great time.

We were at WDW 2 years ago at the end of January. The weather was very warm, high 70's low 80's. We went to Typhoon Lagoon (Blizzard Beach was closed) on a weekday and it was not crowded. Everything was a walk-on. Have fun!
