Will better rates come out for after 3/31?

We have changed our travel dates to an April 3rd arrival at MCO with a 4/15 checkout, and the lowest car rental rates that I can find for at least a full sized car is around $500!! We do have AAA, Ent., BJ's and Sams, but the current codes seem to all expire by 3/31. Is there any hope for a lower rate?

National has a $25 .00 off coupon (ND6102NJC) (put in Coupon id box)
and enter 6100253 in Contract ID box ( for AAA Discount) and see what kind of deal you get. You will need you AAA card and a copy of the coupon when you get there. Check those rates . They should save you a bunch. We reserved an midsize SUV for 14 days ( all taxes in ) for $325.00 .

Yikes!!! I did that and it gave me a rate of $830!! It also said that the coupon couldn't be applied at that time. The 3rd is the Thurs. before Easter...maybe the discounts are blacked out?

I booked a premium with Avis using code A153700 - April 4-6 (counts as 5 days because of the timing) for $183 including tax.

Wow... That's CRAZY!! I tried for you as well and got the same $800 .
Sorry about that. I guess I got a good deal. Check out Mousesavers.com every once in a while. Maybe the prices will come down. Wow.

I printed out a huge, 7 page car rental code posting from bidding for travel back in 2002 - and kept it.

I think A153700 is Avis employee/friends and family. It may or may not be honored at the counter.

If anyone plans to try to use it, be sure you have a back up reservation!
